OUR CLINICAL
METHODOLOGY.
Most online career quizzes rely on self-reported traits—asking you directly if you are "organized" or "creative." The problem? Human beings are notoriously bad at self-assessment. We answer aspirationaly, not factually.
Psychology
Rooted in Holland Codes (RIASEC) and Jungian Typology.
Scenario-Based
We test reflexes in high-stakes corporate dilemmas, not adjectives.
Validation
Cross-referenced with performance data from top-tier tech companies.
The 6-Axis Framework
Our algorithm maps your responses across six distinct behavioral axes, modernized from traditional organizational psychology to fit the realities of the contemporary digital workplace.
- Execution vs. Ideation: Do you thrive on building the system (Operator) or dreaming the vision (Visionary)?
- Data vs. Intuition: Do you require empirical proof (Analyst) or do you trust your aesthetic and empathetic gut (Creator)?
- People vs. Process: Is your primary focus on team cohesion (Diplomat) or aggressive growth metrics (Catalyst)?
Scoring Mechanics
Each of the 10 scenario questions contains 4 options. Every option carries a weighted score distributed across multiple archetypes. For example, choosing to "dive into the data during a crisis" heavily weights toward the Analyst, but also adds a minor point to the Operator.
At the end of the assessment, the algorithm tallies the dimensional vectors to determine your primary archetype—the operating system that governs your professional life.
